What are the shipping times?

Most orders are completed within 1-3 business days from receipt and may arrive within 1-5 business days after that depending on your selected shipping method and location. Specialty candle orders such as custom candles or pillar candles are processed in 3-5 business days. Order processing times do not include holidays. Standard shipping is via usps. Faster shipping is available at checkout for an extra cost.  We currently only ship within the US.

We currently offer free standard usps shipping on orders of $35.00 or more

What if I want to exchange my item(s)?

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item we'd be happy to send you a new one. If you are unhappy with the items you ordered you can follow our returns process and we will send you a new one of your choosing once the original has been received. Please email moodykatcandles@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

What is your return policy?

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, in the same condition it was received.

We do not accept returns for gift cards and clearance/on sale items. 

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item. Clearance items are not eligible for returns

Return Shipping

After you’ve submitted a return request to moodykatcandles@gmail.com, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to your package.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. If you’re shipping items over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. 

What is your refund policy?

Once we receive your returned item, we will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. Clearance items are not eligible for refunds. 

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment immediately. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to show up in your bank statement. Please check with your bank for their standard processing times.
